HOW LONG AND HOW MANY TIMES WE SHOULD SPORT

HOW LONG SHOULD WE SPORT !

Well, u should sport 30 minutes a day and then we're talking about cardio.
This doesn't mean you can sit back in your chair and do nothing, NO.
Try to go out for a walk here and there move a bit don't sit 24/7.

ALSO DONT SPORT 7/7.

You can sport 4/7 or 5/7 but never 7/7 Cuz if you sport fulltime, your body will have no rest.
Your body needs rest your musscle's need rests.
Yes you'll hurt yourself when you sport 7/7 and then you won't be able to sport.
No sport is no losing weight!.

We don't want to get hurt so start SLOWLY !

START TO RUN IS THE BEST INVENTION EVER INVENTED!


run 5 minutes walk 3 minutes do this untill you've ran for 30 minutes. EVERY WEEK try to add up with 1 minute of running.


Well, swimming is very good to avoid getting hurt and works verry well also.

So try to sport 4 Times atleast in a week, keep yourself very active try to get less on your computer.
Avoid getting hurt and if you feel REAL PAIN then go slow prevent pain.


Why people hate sporting ?!

People hate sporting cuz it's hart when you're fat.
But once you lose fat, once you get in shape you'll love sporting.
Sport will be your Best friend.

This is why sport is so important ! it boosts your metabolism

Getting hurt is not a good thing cuz well you'll not be able to lose weight and sit on the bench.
Also prevent alcohol.
Prevent candy & snacks.

sport is good keep it good.
Hurting yourself will cause more than just that trouble..

You'll realy have to becarefull but still don't be scared to get tired.
No you'll have to push yourself a little better than that.
You can check for yourself what your limit is but don't lie to yourself.

Your mind has already done it,



Your body still has to do it.



What i mean,

Is your body has a longer way to go  the pain is a real obstacle.
you can tell yourself to run and your mind has done it already.

BUT YOU HAVE TO DO IT

You can't keep tell yourself what you have to do and then don't.
Cuz if you don't you'll get into a vicious circle.
You don't want this !
You realy want to keep your word.
It'll help you build a mentality.

YOU CAN THINK WHATEVER YOU WANT

You can think what if i eat something orso.
BUT YOULL HAVE TO GET YOUR MIND UNDER CONTROL.
If you control your mind you're in total control of your life.

BUT YOU STILL HAVE TO DO IT.

You can tell yourself what to do but you have to do it.
Even if you think it you still have to go and do it.
So why don't you just do it.
CMON DO IT RIGHT NOW.

You REALY HAVE TO KEEP YOURSELF FROM LIEING TO YOURSELF.

Cuz when you do this you'll keep doing it.
You've done it once and you'll do it twice.
You'll have to build a steel Mentality.

Don't let fear determine what you should & shouldn't do.

Do whatever you think works !
